For this series, my focus lies on the gap between memory and reality. Named "She Walks by Water" it reflects upon my feelings while recalling childhood memories, and the discrepancies between actions and perception. It also explores how memory is constructed through stories, and how reality can be shaped through these real and imaginary narratives. I have chosen to use the medium of collage and installation to recreate past experiences that are meaningful to me, and to understand more fully how we make sense of the past through present actions. Through restaging these scenes, I also attempt to understand how authenticity and memory interact. 

The exhibition is held in 214 E 21st Street 4th Floor Project Room, SVA Photography Building, Oct 28- Nov 19.
